The spring play will be PUFFS, by Matt Cox, a story of student wizards spending seven- well, make that six- years at a certain school of magic. School is challenging, exciting, and dangerous, and one young wizard and his two best friends are destined to save the world. This play isn't about them. It's about some other kids. You don't know their names. It's fine. No one expected you to. They're Puffs. Nobody ever remembers the Puffs.
Auditions for Puffs will be March 17, 19 and 20. The cast will be small, as the spring play is short- under 40 minutes!- and will travel to the METG drama festival on May 2. Students MUST be available all day May 2, from 6am to 10pm, to be part of the show. There will also be a performance at Bigelow on Thursday, April 30, at 7pm.
Puffs will only have 16 rehearsals TOTAL. Do not audition unless you can be at 14 or more of them (in other words, you can have 2 conflicts.) See schedule below.
